In most cases we recommend a combination of a singeing and impregnation range.

After the singeing we install a DIP SAT compartment to

  • S-wrap squeezer
  • quick liquor exchange
  • S-wrap squeezer
  • low liquor content
  • intensive impregantion
  • controlled pickup 100 to 120%

depending on the use we do either Enzymatic Desizing, Oxidative Desizing or Enzymatic desizing with demineralization – after the padding there’s always a dwelling time depending on the temperature and process step needed.
